Viability Study

What is it?

A study that aims to analyse the technical and/or financial viability of a particular real estate operation, provided that it involves changes in the original building, bearing in mind the resulting time, cost and quality. In this case, addere would be in charge of:

Due Diligence Report (if applicable)
Analysis and drafting of a brief Needs Program
Study of Associated Costs
Study of Associated Scheduling
Study of applicable regulations
Alternative proposals in order to achieve objectives

Advantages over other systems

  • In the case of real estate operations involving changes of usage, surfaces, shape, etc, this study allows the client to identify all the different investment costs before actually buying the plot or building.
